The National Human Rights Institutions (NHRI) Data Collection Project provides users with quantitative data to explore patterns among, and test hypotheses about, organizational and behavioral characteristics of NHRIs. The Institutional Data provide information on the de jure responsibilities and abilities of NHRIs. The Behavioral Data, once available, will provide information on each NHRI’s de facto responsibilities and abilities.
